First things first: Rabbi Jeremy is okay and on the mend!

However, he was given an incorrect diagnosis at the onset of his injury.
The good news is that he now is working with the correct diagnosis and treatment plan.
This also means that the reset button was hit on his recovery process, so he will not be able to host Shabbat tonight.

He is focusing on doing all he can to feel better and get back to his regular schedule as soon as possible.
