Adult Ed. Topic: “What Russia’s War on Ukraine Tells Us About the State of the World” with David Abramson.

Long-time Machar member David Abramson will provide an update on the Russia-Ukraine war and
prospects for peace. How long can we expect the war to last? On whom does peace depend? What are
the risks for nuclear escalation? Abramson will also facilitate a discussion on how the war portends
changes in international security more broadly. A senior foreign affairs analyst at the State Department,
David’s remarks are entirely his personal views and do not represent those of the U.S. government.
