Peter Barnes – Can Universal Property Cure Capitalism and Save the Climate? 

Entrepreneur Peter Barnes will discuss how a new form of property — owned by future generations and all living persons equally — could systematically reduce inequality and protect ecosystems from human overuse.  Returning co-inherited wealth back to people can also alleviate the climate crisis. A socially responsible entrepreneur, Barnes writes about capitalism, including his recent book “Ours: The Case for Universal Property.” Previous books include “Who Owns the Sky?,” “Capitalism 3.0,” and “With Liberty and Dividends For All.”
